Terms & Conditions

Due to the limited number of seats during our 1 day online tutoring, all cancellations and rescheduling guidelines must be strictly observed. All cancellations must be sent by email, phone or through the contact form in our web site. The cancellation notice must include your registration information (i.e. Full Name, Email Address and Registration ID).

Reservations

Attendance spots will only be reserved for a companies or individuals when full payment is received. Classroom space is only available on a first-come first-served basis. Full payment is required before you are registered to a 1 Day Tutoring Session.

Cancellations

You may cancel your registration to a 1 Day Tutoring session and get a full refund as long as you give us at least 5 business days notice prior to the schedule training session. If you cancel without at least 5 business days notice prior to the starting date of a training session, you will not get a refund. In that case you only qualify for a re-schedule under the terms below.

Reschedules

You can reschedule any 1 Day Tutoring session for as long as you give us adequate notice.
If, however, you notify us less than five business days before the class (late-reschedule), you lose the right to cancel for a full refund. In addition, if you have late-rescheduled and then chosen another date for the Tutoring Session, you may not late-reschedule that replacement class without forfeiting the original fees entirely and having to pay a second time to take the same class. A limit of 1 reschedule per Tutoring Session is permitted.

No Shows

If you do not attend a class and do not give us a notice, you lose the right to cancel for a full refund.

Rescheduling

Due to the limited number of available seats in each training class, we encourage you to register early. Your tutoring session will be held even if we only get 1 registration.

1DayTutoring.com reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any training session due to instructor emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you cannot attend the tutoring session on the rescheduled date, you will be untitled to a full refund unless you choose to reschedule to training session on a later date.
